Telephone productions

Isn’t everyday life boring enough without telephone queues?  

The phrase "Please hold the line, we will put you through as soon as possible" is almost as hard to escape from as the song "Last Christmas" on supermarkets’ Christmas playlists.  

Unfortunately you can probably do no more about the latter than we can, but you could at least try something new for your telephone queuing system!

The important message “Please hold” is self evident for most callers. So why not use the time for something entertaining. But even if entertainment seems a little too daring, any information at all is better than "Please hold” or “Please wait a moment”…
